Starting a new real estate business takes hundreds of thousands of dollars. Countless hours and sweat also have to be expelled to get it off the ground. Manos likes to think of an EBU like a car. He says, “If the EBU was a coloured vehicle agents drive, we're the pit crew. The Eview Group provides all the bells and whistles on the vehicle and makes sure the drivers are trained to drive the vehicle as fast as they possibly can.” Manos says that, with YBYB an agent selects the Eview car but they can now, “choose their own colour and personalise the number plate.

What we're doing is bringing the Agent to the forefront so they can leverage their own name, their trading name and their own coloured branding out there in the market place under the Eview banner.”

Manos continues, “What we've created is a platform where people can come into it at different levels in their careers. It's not one of those one-size fits all options. People have the ability to tailor the model to suit their current financial situation, how they want to impact the current market place, and overall, fulfil their desired goal - whatever that is. Each person’s financial and emotional capability is different, as are their ultimate goals. Some people want to go out and conquer the world and others want to stay boutique and really maximise and leverage their own work so they can maximise the profits.”

YBYB allows people to opt in at whatever level they want. Eview provides all the back up, administrative and logistical support. Manos says, “We have different and multiple platforms that people can either enter into straight away or start from ground and move upwards.”

The business model has been designed so that Eview, with their financial controller and CPA onboard, sit down with each individual candidate and look at the business plan to find the best model for that person to reach their desired goals in the shortest amount of time in the most cost effective and profitable way.

Manos says, “Within forty-eight hours, we have a licensed real estate agent into their own branding, trading under their own company, and the exciting aspect of it is that all the behind the scenes work is taken care of. You don't need to learn the systems. We actually provide all the services behind a real estate practice from technology through to administration through to sales and accounting - all that is taken care of. Really, someone can come into it, and depending on which level he or she wants to come into it, and whether it is working within an office or establishing an external shopfront office, we can provide those services.”

Eview has done all the hard yards in creating all the back office services should an agent require them. If an agent desires, Manos says, “Eview can take care of the most important work of business administration. From employing agents and organising agreements, our human resource department is able to do that; the logistics behind actually recruiting and interviewing can all be taken care of.”

He continues, “The marketing department can create all the templates so when an agent comes to join us, the marketing team will sit with them and design their colour of choice and their logo of choice. All the templates are then created from that logo design. From there, everything is implemented into website design. All the marketing collateral from business cards, stationery, letterheads - it's quite seamless as we've done it so many times over. It's really a click of a button.”

Eview has a one-stop portal for all your design work - Jellybean Media. Manos says, “Once, for example, your marketing collateral for a property is required, all that collateral is punched into the Jellybean portal and then all your templates are automatically created for you and sent to suppliers. We can use our own suppliers, our preferred suppliers or individual agents can use their current suppliers.” They also provide support for strategy and business development. Manos

“BLAC SALT is an acronym for our Business Leadership and Coaching Strategy and Logistics Training, and it came about from our corporate team that was providing all the training. What happens when a business owner starts his or her own business? They're focused on driving revenue and leading a team, and allocating time for ongoing development training sometimes falls. We are there to fill that void using BLAC SALT. BLAC SALT is our training component so that we can take a brand new person from our two-week induction course right through to our Weeks to Success program, and then put them onto what we call High Impact and Wipe Out which is our core program that our agents can choose for their ongoing real estate career with specialised training for that. We also have business leadership training so we can train our leaders who run larger organisations and larger teams on the mechanics of business structure.
