When Eva Frketic started in the industry two years ago with Dunn and Horne Real Estate, Liverpool, she knew she needed guidance to help her achieve her sales goals.
She found that guidance in The Complete Membership Program and has gone from strength to strength in her career. “There were some old Hot Topics CDs lying around,” Ms Frketic said, explaining Dunn and Horne’s director enrolled the office sales staff on a Complete Data training session. “From there that was it, I was addicted,” and she has been a member ever since, making the financial commitment herself.
“If I hadn’t applied the training and the leadership that Lee and Real Estate Academy have to offer, I think I would have been still trying to find somewhere to get guidance,” she explained. In the training events, Ms Frketic enjoys seeing different agents who excel in their own patches share their techniques. “It’s very timely information and applies to everyone’s business today. It’s not dated; it’s not someone talking from textbooks; it’s people talking from experience.”
“One of the biggest benefits is the consistency between going to a training event and then being able to apply that knowledge. When you’re in the day-today business it makes implementing everything you’ve learnt easier because you’re not having to adapt it or apply it to something foreign.”
The community aspect of sharing experiences and offering advice is also a drawcard for Ms Frketic. “You’re open to helping other people and I think when you do something where you help other people, it also helps you become even more successful in what you do,” she said.
