So much of marketing is done online now, from property alerts to newsletters, so iRealty has developed a solution real estate offices can use to keep on top of their email marketing.

iRealty CEO Russell Taylor said it was an email marketing system developed specifically for the real estate industry. Clients use templates for marketing pieces including newsletters, proposals, surveys, email property alerts and SMS campaigns, and can include content from RP Data and world, national, state and local news.

Each sales agent or property manager can personalise the campaign for their own clients, with the ability to send

different content to investors, buyers, sellers and property management clients. The Lead Alert also communicates directly with the relevant sales agent when someone expresses an interest in a particular property, allowing that agent to respond quickly.

“We need to communicate with them when they’ve made the decision to enter the market,” Mr Taylor explained. And to ensure clients are complying with Anti-Spam laws, iRealty manages unsubscribes and bounces, so they know the message is going out to the right contacts.

Whether iRealty is used by administrators, sales agents, property managers or the principal to develop email marketing campaigns, it has been designed to be easy to use for everyone. “The whole objective with iRealty was to create a real estate specific solution knowing that there are a lot of people out there who may not be all that IT savvy, so we’ve developed a solution that can create and send a meaningful property newsletter in just five minutes,” Mr Taylor said.

iRealty will now be integrated into Complete Data. This means once a contact is added to Complete Data, it will be mirrored and lifted into iRealty, ready for use in email marketing campaigns.
